Dr. Anne Tobyne grew up in Burnsville, Minnesota and later went on to complete her undergraduate degree at Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She received her Doctorate in Optometry from the Illinois College of Optometry in Chicago where she became a member of the Gold Key International Honor Society. She has a passion for helping the underserved population with vision care and has helped to open a sustainable vision center in Rwanda and has been to Thailand and Morocco to give eye exams and distribute glasses to those in need. She is a member of the American Optometric Association and enjoys fitting specialty contact lenses for patients with Keratoconus and corneal surface disease.
