Dr. Nicholas Holden grew up in Methuen, Massachusetts. He graduated from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 2011 with a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and a minor in Psychology. In 2016 he received his Doctor of Optometry degree from MCPHS University School of Optometry in Worcester, MA. His clinical training was completed at Clinton Eye Associates in Connecticut, the Tallahassee VA Outpatient Clinic in Florida, the Harman Eye Center in Virginia, and Total Vision in Connecticut. After graduation, he completed a post-doctoral Residency in Ocular Disease at the Chalmers Wylie VA Ambulatory Care Center in Columbus, Ohio and the Chillicothe VA Medical Center, also in Ohio. Dr. Holden is currently providing primary eye care for patients in the Farmingdale office with a special interest in ocular disease. He enjoys fishing, staying active, and cheering on Tom and the Patriots with his wife.
