Did you receive a statement on a balance for services from us? Check out the link in the top left corner of your statement! Our new Payment Portal is mobile-friendly and will allow you to easily pay your bill online, securely store your payment data for future visits, arrange a payment schedule, and select email or text for contact preferences. You can even send us a message through this portal if you have questions about your bill.
Concerned that your statements are not being delivered? Mail delivery delays have affected all of us. We encourage all of our patients to choose an electronic method of contact. Just use the account number from your statement and your zip code to log in to the new payment portal, create a profile, and select email or text for your contact preferences. The next time we need to get in touch, we will use the method of contact that you choose.
Please note: It is our policy to apply a late fee to outstanding balances after 60 days of nonpayment. After 90 days of nonpayment, accounts will be referred to a collections agency. Refer to our Financial Policy for details.
