Recommendations when scheduling your comprehensive eye health exam:

We recommend that you schedule with the same provider that you saw for your last comprehensive eye health exam.

To ensure that your comprehensive eye health exam is covered, please schedule 1 year + 1 day after your last annual eye health exam. (If you have biennial vision benefits, schedule 2 years + 1 day after your last comprehensive eye health exam.)

If you are scheduling your comprehensive eye health exam on the same day as your child’s, we recommend scheduling both exams with the same doctor unless you are comfortable with your child being on their own in the exam room.
If you are experiencing an eye emergency and need a telehealth visit or same-day appointment, please call or text the clinic. Please leave a voicemail if prompted. If you are experiencing an eye emergency outside of our normal operating hours, please go to the ER.
